Citation

Shownin Blebbistatin (RP01008) is a widely applied inhibitor of non-muscle myosin type II ATPase. Operating on the ROCK-myosinII signaling pathway, blebbistatin prevents apoptosis resulting from pluripotent stem cell isolation. It enhances the survival rate and cloning efficiency of isolated hPSCs, all while preserving the self-renewal or pluripotency properties of hPSCs.
