ncKnight® NK Cell Expansion Factor Kit is an independently developed product by Shownin Biotech, designed for the expansion and culture of human natural killer (NK) cells. This defined, cytokine-only culture system enables efficient expansion of NK cells derived from human peripheral blood. When starting from PBMCs containing approximately 10% NK cells, a 3,000–6,000-fold expansion can be achieved within 13–15 days. The resulting NK cell population demonstrates high purity, with CD3⁻CD56⁺ expression levels exceeding 80–95%.
