hPSC-RPE Differentiation Kit（RP01016）is suitable for the differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC) into RPE cells. This comprehensive kit includes RPE differentiation medium, RPE Purification Buffer , and RPE cryopreservation medium. High purity RPE (>95% MiTF+/ZO-1+) can be obtained using this hPSC-RPE Differentiation Kit, making them suitable for various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, and cell transplantation experiments in disease animal models.
