1. Be accountable for gathering market information and organizing relevant product technical data.

2. Be responsible for the compilation of technical documents for the company's products and service projects, and collaborate with the channel sales manager to accomplish the training of dealers.

3. Excel in culturing a variety of cell lines, stem cells, or primary MSC and NK cells, cooperate with the sales staff to offer pre-sales and after-sales technical support for products in the corresponding field, and address technical inquiries.

4. Comprehensively understand the market situation, promptly report the circumstances of competitors and market dynamics to superior leaders, and put forward rational suggestions.

5. Assist other positions in the department in carrying out work and complete other ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Major in cell biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biotechnology or similar.

3. Relevant working experience in biological research field is preferred.
