Fluorescent protein labeled hiPSC (scientific research-grade) is generated by insertion of reporter into the target sites using gene editing technology. These constructed hiPSC strain retains the normal hiPSC proliferation. The expression of fluorescent protein is stable with passaging. The cultured hiPSCs display the typical human embryonic stem cells (hESCs)-like morphology, express hESCs pluripotency markers, retain a normal karyotype with passages, and have the capacity to form three germ layers in vitro and in vivo, thus, can be used in various stem cell related research and application.
Shownin Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. has a variety of different hiPS cell lines (research-grade), please call 400-888-3920 for detailed consultation.
