ncKnight® NK Expansion Basal Medium, a Shouning Biotech-original product, serves as a supplement to the ncKnight® NK Expansion Factor Kit (SN-03-0030). It supports large-scale NK cell expansion (≥2L culture volume) and enables high-efficiency expansion of human NK cells from multiple sources, including peripheral blood (PB-NK) and umbilical cord blood (UCB-NK). The expanded NK cells demonstrate exceptional purity, with CD3- CD56+ expression rates of 80-95%.
