hPSC-MSC Differentiation Kit is crafted to facilitate the efficient differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC). This kit empowers researchers to seamlessly transform hPSC into high-purity MSCs, presenting stable proliferation, normal karyotype and express characteristic surface markers (CD73+/ CD90+/ CD105+, CD14-/ CD34-/ CD45-/ CD79α-/ HLA-DR-), and tri-lineage differentiation potential (osteogenesis, cartilage, and adipose differentiation). Therefore, hPSC-MSC Differentiation Kit can be applied in various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, as well as cell transplantation in disease animal model.
