  • Overview
  • Citation
  • The hPSC-Motor Neuron Differentiation Kit (RP01018) is designed for the efficient differentiate of hiPSC into motor neurons. It provides highly efficient differentiation with harvested motor neurons expressing specific markers (such as CHAT, MAP2, Synapyophysin, etc.), presenting the electrophysiological activity typical of motor neurons. This kit is suitable for in vitro research and cell transplantation research in disease model animals.

    Process

Differentiation of hPSC-derived motor neurons and detection of precursor cells

A, B, C: cell morphology on days 9, 12 and 30 during the differentiation process of hPSC-Motor Neuron Differentiation Kit.

    D, E, F: Immunofluorescence detection of MNP (Day 9) cell-specific markers (Olig2, Tubulin). Scale bar: 200μm.

Detection of hPSC-derived motor neurons and patch-clamp electrophysiological detection

G, H, I: Immunofluorescence detection of MN (mature motor neuron) cell-specific markers: CHAT, βIII-Tubulin.

    J, K, L: Patch-clamp electrophysiological detection results of hPSC-derived mature motor neurons (Day 30).

Selecting neurons that meet the morphological characteristics for patch-clamp testing can detect spontaneous firing. Scale bar: 200μm.
