  • Citation
  • NKVita Immunocyte Serum-Free Medium is an independently developed product by Shownin Biotech, designed for the expansion and culture of human natural killer (NK) cells. When used in combination with the Shownin Biotech NK Cell Expansion Kit (Cat. No. RP03030), this medium enables efficient expansion of NK cells derived from both peripheral blood and cord blood. NK cells can be expanded 5,000–10,000-fold within 14–15 days (calculated based on 10% NK cells in PBMCs), achieving high purity with CD3⁻CD56⁺ expression exceeding 90%.
