hiPSC-Male(RC01001-A)is reprogrammed from healthy human somatic cells using non-integrative reprogramming vectors. These cells proliferate stably and rapidly in the hPSC culture system. The cultured hiPSCs display the typical human embryonic stem cells (hESCs)-like morphology, express hESCs pluripotency markers, retain a normal karyotype with passages, and have the capacity to form three germ layers in vitro and in vivo, thus, can be used in various stem cell related research and application. Shownin Biotechnologies Co., Ltd. has a variety of different hiPS cell lines (research-grade), please call 400-888-3920 for detailed consultation.

(A-C ) The morphology of hiPSC ( RC01001-A) cultured at day 1, 2, and 4. Scale bar, 200 μm.
(D) Representative flow cytometry analysis of pluripotency cell surface markers (SSEA4 and TRA-1-81) in hiPSC (RC01001-A)..
(E) Representative reverse transcription-quantitative PCR analysis of pluripotency markers (OCT4 and NANOG) in hiPSC ( RC01001-A).
(F) Karyotype detection of long-term cultured hiPSC ( RC01001-A) (P14) cells: 46, XY.
(G-I) hiPSC (RC01001-A) formed teratoma with tri-lineage in severe combined immunodeficient mice after 7 weeks of injection. HE staining of teratoma showing neural tubes (ectoderm, left panels), cartilage (mesoderm, middle panels), and gut epithelia (endoderm, right panels). Scale bar, 200 μm.
