hPSC-NPC (RC01006) is generated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC). These cells can be differentiated into nephron-like structure (organoids) after maturation with specific markers (e.g., CDH1, LTL, PODXL, etc.) efficiently expressed. hPSC-NPC (RC01006) can be applied in various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, as well as cell transplantation in disease animal model.

NPC specific markers expression
