Primary human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSC) (RC02003)proliferate stably, free of microbial contamination, with normal karyotype and specific cell surface factors (CD73+ / CD90+ / CD105+, CD14- / CD34- / CD45- / CD79α- / HLA-DR-) retained. These cells maintain the tri-lineage differentiation potential (osteocytes, adipocytes, and chondrocytes). hMSCs are suitable for various in vitro experiments, drug screening and safety evaluation, as well as research and application in cell regenerative medicine.
Cell morphology
(A-C) The morphorlogy of hMSC cultured at day 3 after passaging (at passage 3, 4, and 5). Cells were plated into a T25 culture flask at a density of 6,000 cells/cm2 a dosage of 0.2 mL/cm2. Scale bar, 200 μm.
