  • Overview
  • Citation
  • hiPSC-Motor Neuron Progenitor(RC01009 are motor neuron precursor cells generated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC), and can be differentiated into mature motor neuron (mMN). The differentiated mMN can express motor neuron-specific markers (e.g., ChAT, MAP2, Synaptophysin, etc.), and have the characteristic electrophysiological activity. These differentiated motor neurons are suitable for in vitro studies and cell transplantation studies in disease animal models.

    hPSC-Motor Neuron Progenitor morphology

(A-C) The morphology of hiPSC-MNP cultured at day 1, 11, and 21 after cell recovery. Scale bar, 200 μm.

(D-F) Immunofluorescence staining for Olig2 and Tubulin on differentiated motor neuron progenitor (MNP) cells. Scale bar, 200 μm.
